What To Do With Leftover Coffee
Don't pour your leftover lukewarm coffee down the drain. Instead pour it into an ice cube tray. During the summer, I drink more iced coffee than the piping hot version. When you put coffee ice cubes into your iced coffee, it won't be watered down as the ice melts. If anything, it gets stronger.
That's tasty right? Look at all the shimmery oils from the coffee beans on top of the coffee. These did not last long. Pretty soon I might make some coffee just to make coffee cubes!
After the coffee cubes freeze, pop them out and store them in a ziptop freezer bag. Make sure you wash your ice cube tray thoroughly or your next batch of ice cubes will taste like, er, coffee.
