Did you miss my weekly CSA photos? I did. Do you notice what's so exciting about this week's delivery? There's only 3 smallish summer squash! I'm very relieved. I'm also not a huge fan of spaghetti squash, but hubby likes it, so I guess I'm making some sort of spaghetti squash dish soon.
Recently we discovered that my toddler loves lettuce, as long as there's balsamic salad dressing to go along with it. He ate almost the entire box of spring mix that we received this week. I'm not complaining. Just amazed. If only I could get his sister to eat more lettuce.
